Method 1: Manually switch between Voicemail Messages.

1. On the phone with the primary voicemail, usually ext. 100, enter your voicemail by dialing *97 or press the voicemail button (Envelope button).
2. Enter your voicemail password. This is most likely 1234 followed by #
3. Listen to the menu and press 5 when prompted for advance options.
4. Press 1 to record your Holiday greeting and select a number between 2 – 9 to label it, please remember to save the voicemail when prompted. The number you selected will be used in the next step to set the voicemail. It is good practice to save greeting 1 as your normal everyday voicemail so that it will be easy to switch back after the holidays (Step 4 and 5 can be skipped if you already have a voicemail message recorded).
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to record additional voicemails (Add and record as needed).
6. Press 2 to set Holiday greeting and select the number your greeting is saved under. (This is the number used in Step 4). Once the number is selected the greeting will be read back to you.
7. New voicemail message is now selected. Feel free to test.

Method 2 Advanced: Let us, Multiscloud, know specific conditions you want your Voicemail Message to achieve (When, Where, and How).

2. In the email, please provide us with the time and day you would like your voicemail message to be in effect and when you would like it to return to normal.
